Human Resource

GSS has rich human resource base. It is headed by Pradyumna Mishra, who is also Chairman of the Governing Board. There are three levels of staffers: Project Director, Field Coordinators and Community Workers. At present the organisation has 44 staff members.

Physical Resources

For a long time, activities of the organisation were conducted from its registered office. When activities expanded need for more space was felt and the office was moved to its present location. A branch office was opened in Maharajganj district.

The office is equipped with computers, laptops, printers, scanners, digital camera, television sets, DVD players, telephones, furniture, fixtures, etc. As electric supply in Gorakhpur is quite erratic, two inverters are installed in the office for almost smooth electric supply. For transportation there are motorcycles and cycles.
