To increase the accessibility and utilisation of institutional delivery
To strengthen the existing infrastructure for demand generation
To support and promote ANC practices
To increase immunisation status between 0 to 5 years children
To increase nutrition status between 0 to 5 years children
To support accessibility of health services into unreached area
To support in reducing early marriage practices into project area
Activities and Strategies
Capacity Building
- Orientation training to staff
- Technical training of female health workers
- Reorientation of training of staff
Behaviour Change Communication and Advocacy
- Counselling and meeting of pregnant women, lactating mothers
- Group discussion/focus group discussion with married and unmarried (men and women, adolescent boys and girls)
- Community mobilisation with effective utilisation of services
- Advocacy with ANM, AWW and panchayati raj institutions
- Advocacy with block level officials such as PHC, ICDS etc
Linkage and Networking
- With ANM, ASHA, AWW, TBA, SHG and CBO
- For RCH camp at PHC level
Service Delivery
- Providing immunisation and safe delivery services through coordination with ANM and TBA
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Regular field visit for monitoring and support to staff
- Developing friendly tools
- Review and regular meeting with staff
